How thematic links behind the Media and Politics Minor shaped my overall perspectives of political events
My name is Thani Al-Thani and this is my experience within the media and politics program, and how it shaped me as a person. It all started when I was a child and constantly exposed to television and its diverse programs, it allowed me to think deeper into how mediums were inputted and how does it get delivered. News channels used to fascinate me the most, as it was filled with words and always had a tense emotionality towards it. I hope that you enjoy my presentation as it showcases my transitioning and the thematic links that have helped me emerge into how I think and interpret the societies that we live in today.
