Due to the recent frequency of seal frit and filler rod emails, a change is needed to limit interruption to everyone’s research.
On next Wednesday (8/26), all seal frits and filler rods must be returned to the sorption lab by 10 am with NO exceptions. I will then be gathering them, splitting them in half, and each group will receive half to manage as they see fit. To that end, I will be working with sorption instrument managers and research associates to decide how each group would like to manage these supplies, and if more are necessary to order or not.
Let me know if you have any questions, and please help me to make this transition as seamless as possible by ensuring you return the supplies before 10 am on Wednesday.
