Why did you decide to apply to NPEP?
Because I wanted a better education. More so, a challenge.
What does being a part of NPEP mean to you?
It means being a part of something bigger than myself. And more importantly, I want my prison time to be more than just “doing time.”
What are you most looking forward to as an NPEP student?
Building life-long relationships and connections.
What is something you would like others to know about you as a student?
That I’m dedicated and passionate about learning. And I like to help others with their work.
What is a fact about yourself that others might find surprising?
I don’t know — I believe I’m a typical person.
