Why did you decide to apply to NPEP?
I decided to apply to NPEP because the opportunity to earn a college degree was too exciting for me to pass up. I’m so excited that I’ve been accepted to NPEP and eager to be part of the learning experience!
What does being a part of NPEP mean to you?
It means that I’m absolutely on the right path and I can’t thank all the professors, tutors, and wellness support team members enough for all their support, commitment, and dedication to ensuring that everyone succeeds.
What has been your favorite NPEP reading?
Michelle Alexander’s “The New Jim Crow.” It was very insightful and eye-opening.
What is something you would like others to know about you as a student?
Once I begin a task, I have to complete it. And that includes my readings and summary reports.
What is a fact about yourself that others might find surprising?
I love mystery novels and movies!
