The Northwestern University Organization of Women Faculty welcomes your involvement — at whatever level of activity suits you. The OWF is your organization, committed to addressing the issues that concern women throughout the University. 

Become Active in an OWF Initiative

Write to the committee chairs to learn how you can become more involved in their work. Attend talk back sessions where you can learn about committee activities and findings, and offer input.  Join our steering committee.

Come to an OWF Happy Hour

Pop-up faculty clubs are held in Evanston in the fall and the spring, providing a chance for women faculty to socialize.  We announce these happy hours over email, so make sure you are receiving the OWF emails. In addition, the OWF co-sponsor’s the Office of the Provost bi-annual receptions held on the Evanston and Chicago Campuses.
