This syllabus bank is a first step to sharing and discussing the tools we use to translate appellate advocacy into the classroom.
Our bank comprises recent syllabi from our respective clinics. These materials should not be widely distributed. They are meant only as a pedagogical tool. All clinics and law schools are different, with different requirements and needs. Where possible, syllabi are text searchable.
