What We Do
Our alumni hold leadership positions within federal and state government, at leading law firms, in non-profits and corporate counsel positions, and in academia.
Where We Clerk
We prepare students to clerk by working on real cases with real clients, in every federal circuit and in the U.S. Supreme Court. Our students research, draft, and argue cases, just as a first chair appellate advocate would do. These responsibilities prepare them well for federal and state clerkships.
-
Our alumni have clerked for judges and Justices of:
-
The U.S. Supreme Court (six of the nine sitting Justices)
-
All twelve federal circuit courts of appeal
-
Over two dozen state and federal district courts
