Where We Clerk
We prepare students to clerk by working on real cases with real clients, in every federal circuit and in the U.S. Supreme Court. Our students research, draft, and argue cases, just as a first chair appellate advocate would do. These responsibilities prepare them well for federal and state clerkships.

The U.S. Supreme Court (six of the nine sitting Justices)
All twelve federal circuit courts of appeal
Over two dozen state and federal district courts
