Frank Alexander II is a visionary. He was given a 40yr sentence but never gave up hope that he would make it home fully competent, and completely equipped to handle anything with a rational mind and positive motive. After giving back 15yrs through a granted clemency and a unanimous vote from the parole board, not only was he shown to be redeemable by the public, but he was given the opportunity to truly make something of himself by accomplishing truly unique milestones such as his acceptance as a Justice Fellow in the NPEP program. He has aspirations as a Justice Fellow to tackle the age old discussion surrounding Truth In Sentencing (T.I.S) and education as he, himself, was also impacted by this unyielding law. His self respect and discipline is mirrored by his passion for prison reform, as he chooses to be the change he wishes to see with no other incentive than to be the best version of himself, and lead by example to show that no prisoner is un-redeemable.
