Alec is a first-year undergraduate student studying biology and global health on the pre-medical track with a special interest in addressing racial disparities in the American healthcare system. Alec has been a proud member of UPEP’s Operations Committee since coming to NU last fall and is excited to have taken on the role of Co-Chair in spring 2023. In addition to UPEP, Alec is an active member of the Minority Association of Premedical Scholars (MAPS). In his role as Operations Co-Chair, Alec strives to be the best possible advocate for the needs of NPEP students to help them thrive throughout their Northwestern educational experiences.
