Kaili Wegener is a third-year undergraduate studying political science, international studies, and legal studies. She is a Brady Scholar in Ethics and Civic Life and a Kaplan Humanities Scholar. In addition to UPEP, she serves as President of C.O.P.E (Cancer Outreach, Prevention, and Education) and as philanthropy chair of the Willard Residential College. Her academic and research interests include criminal justice reform, prison gerrymandering, and the public health effects of incarceration. She has been involved with UPEP as a first-year and is thrilled to serve her NPEP peers as co-president!
