Broderick Hollins

Broderick Hollins is a passionate and dedicated NPEP student hailing from the South Side of Chicago. He is expected to graduate with his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern sometime in 2024.

Broderick is also a part of the Cook County Equity Fellowship, where he works with fellow prison-impacted individuals to decrease systematic racism and promote equity across the Cook County criminal justice agency. Additionally, Broderick works with the restorative justice program at Northwestern, which seeks to support the entire campus community in developing a restorative mindset.

After graduation, Broderick hopes to become a counselor in school or any program that uplifts incarcerated individuals.

Above all else, Broderick is focused on unconditionally loving and supporting his four amazing blessings — Broderick Jr., Amiah, Briasha and Jada — through their most productive and loving lifestyles.  His priority is for them to know that they can depend on and trust him to help prepare them for whatever their mission in life will be.
