Abigail Roston is a senior studying history, legal studies and data science at Northwestern University. On campus, she is President of Northwestern Hillel’s student executive board, past President of Planned Parenthood Generation Action, and heavily involved with the undergraduate arm of the Prison Education Program. She became passionate about criminal justice reform in ninth grade and has since interned with the Montana Innocence Project, the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, and an appellate attorney specializing in juvenile justice. Abigail is also a Leopold fellow in the Northwestern History department. A 2021 Truman Scholar, Abigail hopes to attend law school and focus on the intersection of constitutional law and criminal justice reform.
