As a Junior majoring in Economics and Global Health Studies, I wanted to find an internship through CFS that would utilize both of my majors. Before applying, I was definitely interested in trying out the field of consulting, but was not aware of boutique healthcare consulting firms. Healthbox grabbed my attention, as it involves healthcare consulting and fund management. My overall internship search process wasn’t too bad– most interviews were in the form of phone calls. I’m very grateful to have experienced these interviews.

At Healthbox, I’ve worked on a variety of different projects. I’ve been working on a social media assessment project, compiling a Healthbox compliance report, supporting event planning and helping out at events, providing consulting support, and so much more. It’s been a fulfilling experience so far, as this internship has also given me the opportunity to interact with people from diverse backgrounds that truly care about healthcare.
