Cancellation Policy:

Written notification of cancellations must be received on or before June 1, 2017. Cancellations received after June 1 will not be refunded.

Hotel Accommodations:

The conference has a block of rooms set aside at the Hyatt House Evanston

Reservation instructions:

The room block has been created under special group code NU SHOP and that can be referenced by calling their reservation’s line (866-974-9288) or online at and entering the code under “Corporate or Group Code.”  Guests must reference the room block or enter the code to receive the discounted NU SHOP room rate. Please note the room block cutoff date is June 3, 2017.

If you are taking the CTA train in to campus, most conference activities will be within a 10 minute walk from the Noyes stop on the CTA Purple Line.

If you’re taking the Metra in, campus is a 20 minute walk from the UP-N Davis Street stop.
