With a mix of small, medium, and large buildings in the South Area, Residential Services can’t provide consistent amenities and services in each building. How could a 24/7 operations desk be installed and staffed in a 50-person building? To make sure all residents have what they need, various resources are offered on an area basis. That’s why all South Area residents can go to the South Area Desk at Allison 24/7 for assistance. It’s also why they can all use their Wildcard to access the Shepard Engagement Center late at night if they want a place to work that isn’t their room but is cozier than the Library.
