NUSAC co-hosts a Growing Your Career Workshop in partnership with Human Resources, which alternates annually between the Evanston and Chicago campuses.
The workshop is designed to provide professional development and training opportunities to Northwestern staff to help advance their career and create opportunities to network and connect with colleagues outside of their school or unit. Session topics may include:
- Opportunities with Northwestern staff affinity groups
- Navigating the job search process
- Mock interviews
- Creating and proactively navigating a roadmap for career development
- Open networking
