A Fireside Chat was held on January 28, 2025, at the McCormick Auditorium in the Norris Center. Virtual attendees were able to watch the event through live streaming. NUSAC Chair Cymon Kimmel and Vice Chair Funmilayo Ojikutu opened the event by welcoming President Michael H. Schill and Vice President for Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer Lorraine Goffe.
President Schill began the event with updates on the state of the University, and expressed his appreciation for Northwestern staff members. Following the speech, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Lorraine Goffe moderated a Q&A session with President Schill. The event concluded with a casual reception.
