Why did you join NUSAC? My current responsibilities support Northwestern’s educational and research mission by protecting the university community from injuries and illnesses and serving on NUSAC augments these efforts to ensure staff wellbeing.
What is the most important thing your NU staff colleagues should know about NUSAC? NUSAC is a passionate group of diverse individuals representing a broad cross-section of the staff community who possess a genuine desire to improve staff experience.
What issue are you most passionate about related to improving the NU experience for staff? I am passionate about finding new, dynamic methods to keep staff engaged, informed, supported, and empowered within the Northwestern community.
What do you most enjoy about your work at Northwestern? I enjoy establishing relationships and collaborating with a wide range of campus partners to identify sustainable solutions to ensure the safety and health of the campus community.
What is a little-known fun fact about you? I have worked in over 15 countries.
