Workplace Strategies (commonly known as flexible work arrangements) are alternative approaches to traditionally-structured in-person work in an employer-designated location.

In light of the recent update regarding Workplace Strategies, the university’s Human Resource’s Office has posted some new and revised information for staff. Online tools and resources include key guidance, policies, toolkit, FAQs as well as a summary of the Alternative Work Strategies Survey results.
