Why did you join NUSAC? I joined NUSAC six years ago because I wanted to use my voice as an advocate for staff at the university.

What is the most important thing your NU staff colleagues should know about NUSAC? As a council, NUSAC meets regularly with university Senior Leaders to advocate for improvements for staff’s members work experiences.

What issue are you most passionate about related to improving the NU experience for staff?  Work-life balance is what I am most passionate about for continued staff experience at NU.

What do you most enjoy about your work at Northwestern?  I enjoy having the privilege of interacting with staff across all schools and units through my role in HR.

What is a little-known fun fact about you?  I love taking jogs and walks along the Lake.  It is one of my favorite activities to do during the spring and summer months.
