Anoop Kumar Shamar, Assistant Resident Director for Bobb, McCulloch, and Goodrich, 2307 Sheridan
Anoop Kumar Sharma, an engineer turned banker, brings a decade of valuable work experience in the energy and finance sectors. As a former Vice President at Citi, he transitioned to Kellogg for his MBA. Anoop is passionate about nature, event organization, and building meaningful relationships. His role as an ambassador to the Global Youth Climate Network with the World Bank, coupled with his previous leadership positions as school captain and head of the student feedback council during his undergraduate years, as well as head of the mess committee during post-graduation, reflect his commitment to creating a positive impact. With a genuine passion for fostering a supportive and engaging living environment, and demonstrated excellent organizational abilities, Anoop is excited to serve as the Assistant Resident Director for the Northeast area, contributing to a vibrant residential community at Northwestern. Anoop will serve as the ARD for Bobb-McCulloch, Goodrich, and 2307 Sheridan for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Maryam Zlitni, Assistant Residence Director for 2303 Sheridan, 2335 Sheridan, Ayers, Lindgren, Sargent, and Slivka
Maryam was a Resident Assistant at Kansas State University for three years, working in both community-style and apartments. Maryam also served as a College of Arts and Sciences Ambassador. Maryam recently received a B.A. in Psychology and will be working toward a MA in Counseling while at Northwestern. Maryam will serve as the ARD for 2303 Sheridan, 2335 Sheridan, Ayers, Lindgren, Sargent, and Slivka for the 2023-2024 academic year.
