Hello Northeast Area Residents! I’m Jim and you will find me at the Northeast Area Desk at Sargent. I grew up in northwest Indiana but I have lived in Chicago for the last 15 years. I obtained a BFA from Columbia College, so please stop by if you’d like to talk about photography, digital art, coffee, or my cats!

My team and I make sure that the Northeast Area’s buildings stay in great shape for residents to enjoy. You’ll see team members cleaning and setting up rooms for events on a daily basis. We also respond to maintenance requests when things aren’t working quite right. If you experience any issues with your room or see something wrong in a common space, please submit a report!
