How could a 24/7 operations desk be installed and staffed in a 35-person building? To make sure all residents have what they need, various resources are offered on an area basis. That’s why all Northeast Area residents can go to the Northeast Area Desk at Sargent 24/7 for assistance. It’s also why they can all use their Wildcard to access the McCulloch collaboration space late at night if they want a place to work that isn’t their room but is cozier than the Library.
