Here you can visit us in person for an appointment. You can also get help signing up for the All of Us Research Program.
We are now open! To make an appointment, please contact us. We are scheduling in-person visits Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM-3:00 PM at our downtown Chicago location (Galter Pavillion). We are currently not accepting walk-ins. Please refer to the FAQ page for our COVID safety precautions.

All of Us Research Program Participant Center at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Downtown Chicago)

 

Galter Pavilion is located on the Northwestern Memorial Hospital main campus, and houses Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH) outpatient care services and more. The main entrance for the Galter Pavilion is in the arrival court between the Feinberg and Galter Pavilions. It can be accessed either from Erie or Huron Streets. There are also entrances on Saint Clair and Erie Streets.

Walking directions from Huron Street entrance (north side of Galter Pavilion):

Enter Galter Pavilion through the revolving doors at 201 E Huron Street and proceed to the elevator lobby labeled “LC-13” on the northeast side of the building (next to “au bon pain” café). Take the elevator to the 15th floor. Once you exit the elevator, turn left for the waiting area shared by the All of Us Research Program and the Clinical Research Unit. A staff member will be able to direct you to the check-in desk.

Parking for the All of Us Participant Center at NMH:

Complimentary parking is available at the following locations. Please bring your ticket for validation.

Parking A: 222 E Huron St & Parking C/D: 321 E Ontario St.
