1. All of Us Research Program Participant Center at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Downtown Chicago)

Galter Pavilion is located on the Northwestern Memorial Hospital main campus, and houses Northwestern Memorial Hospital (NMH) outpatient care services and more. The main entrance for the Galter Pavilion is in the arrival court between the Feinberg and Galter Pavilions. It can be accessed either from Erie or Huron Streets. There are also entrances on Saint Clair and Erie Streets.

Walking directions from Huron Street entrance (north side of Galter Pavilion):

Enter Galter Pavilion through the revolving doors at 201 E Huron Street and proceed to the elevator lobby labeled “LC-13” on the northeast side of the building (next to “au bon pain” café). Take the elevator to the 15th floor. Once you exit the elevator, turn left for the waiting area shared by the All of Us Research Program and the Clinical Research Unit. A staff member will be able to direct you to the check-in desk.

Complimentary parking is available at the following locations. Please bring your ticket for validation.

2. All of Us Research Program Participant Center at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital in Geneva, IL (Western Suburbs) 

Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital 302 Building is home to specialty practices and qualified physicians. Conveniently located at 302 Randall Road in the medical office building at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital, the All of Us Participant Center is located on the 2nd floor. Take the elevator up to the 2nd floor and exit to the left (to the right if you’re taking the stairs) and head to the end of the hallways. The All of Us Participant Center office will be on the right-hand side.

3. All of Us Research Program Participant Center at Northwestern Medicine Grayslake Outpatient Center (Northern Suburbs) 

With more than 15 medical specialties, world-class care for your family is available close to where you live and work. The All of Us Participant Center is located on the 3rd floor. Enter through the main hospital entrance (Pavilion A). You may be screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms (masks and hand sanitizer are provided at the entrance. Masks are required in NM facilities). Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor (the elevator is down the hall on the left hand side). Take a right when you exit the elevator and take another right at the end of the hall. Walk to the end of the hallway and take a left. Continue walking until you see suite 317 on your right-hand side.
