Participate in the Chicagoland Language Project!

The Chicagoland Language Project is a Northwestern Linguistics research project led by Prof. Annette D’Onofrio. We’re interviewing people who were born and raised in the Chicago area to better understand the diversity of Chicagoland language and life. We interviewed over 60 participants in the summer of 2017 and are continuing into 2018 with interviews from Chicagoans who grew up and/or live in Beverly and Morgan Park.
