Techweek is an amazing place to work! I’ve wanted some experience in the start-up realm for quite some time and I’m so happy Techweek took me in with open arms. Techweek is a start-up that plans and organizes tech conferences around the country and throughout the year. The conferences showcase local innovation, bring together top leaders in the industry for thought-provoking panels, and help emerging entrepreneurs get started on their journey. I specifically work as part of the Content Marketing team here at Techweek. My roles include researching possible panelists, brainstorming new and exciting panel topics, and helping promote and market upcoming conferences in major cities throughout the country (such as NYC, LA, Chicago, Miami, Detroit, Kansas City). Working here has truly been a refreshing experience that could never be replaced by any other. The office is laid back, but really embraces the work hard, play hard mentality. I get to work with extremely talented, unique, and funny people, which has made my time here exponentially better!
