Apra (previously an acronym for the “American Prospect Research Association” and, later, the “Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement”) defines itself as “the premier organization for professionals who strategically harness information and data to drive fundraising for philanthropic institutions.”

Apra hosts PRSPCT-L, a discussion group and mailing list of subscribers who work in nonprofit fundraising, specifically those engaged in prospect research, data mining and analytics, and relationship management.

Access Apra resources by registering as a website-only guest, which allows you to participate in PRSPCT-L and purchase online educational sessions, or purchase an individual or organizational membership.
