The resources below are intended to help folks learn more about how to do the work to make the academy a more just space for scholarship and learning. This means activating feminist, anti-racist, and decolonized practices. Laura Zanotti has shared her time and resources with me as a friend and mentor; I learned about most of the resources below from her. I will continue to add to these resources as I come across new ones. Importantly, reading these resources is the first step. Real change requires ongoing and iterative reflection, difficult conversations, discomfort, and action to challenge the status quo no matter the cost.
