African diaspora dance geographies and fluidity of place disclose a multidimensional identity discourse which pluralizes collective memory, imaginary and presence. Theobald’s presentation is an invitation to examine how, as a researcher and multidisciplinary artist, she invests in the French Black Atlantic to document dance in emergent ways and to re-vision the French African diaspora experience.
