The broad goal of our laboratory is to elucidate the epigenetic and metabolic control of immune responses and how perturbations in these pathways lead to immune cell-derived pathologies, such as lymphomas and autoimmunity. We apply state-of-the-art genetics, genomics, molecular biology and cell biology techniques to understand the molecular underpinnings of humoral immunity. Other projects in the lab are aimed at defining the biological functions of non-B form (alternative) DNA conformations in genome biology
