DNS Over HTTPS (DoH)

As of March 2018, Google and Mozilla Foundation started testing versions of DNS over HTTPS and have no released the beta for the public to use and test out. DNS over HTTP, or DoH for short, increases user privacy by preventing eavesdropping and manipulation of DNS data by man-in-the-middle attacks.

DoH will secure your DNS data, meaning your ISPs won’t be able to see the site you visit completely.  There are sites which you can visit that will show you a step by step process on how to activate this feature. For Firefox, it would be pretty simple as you would just check a box for the feature to activate. For Chrome, it would be a bit more complex and you will need to make an administrator changes to the application.

To enable DoH on your computer/device, you can follow these simples steps provided in the link below. Enjoy!
