About Me
I am a final-year Ph.D. candidate at Aqualab, a group in the Department of Computer Science at Northwestern University. I am advised by Fabián E. Bustamante. My research interests broadly lie in the domain of Computer Networks and Internet Measurements. More specifically, I am working on measuring trends toward centralization in different Internet services across different regions particularly for popular web services and government web services, understanding the implications of Internet centralization, and building an end‑user client system that addresses concerns about the user‑facing aspect of DNS centralization. This work is supported by the Comcast Innovation Fund and a National Science Foundation grant.
I completed a B.S. in Computer Science from Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), Pakistan in May 2019.
