The psychology department’s graduate student Diversity and Inclusion Committee (DIC) was established in 2016, and our central mission is to facilitate a department community that is diverse, inclusive, and accountable. As we collect and amplify student voices, create community, and collaborate with faculty, we have been guided by this mission in our work over the past five years.
