Northwestern University Graduate Student Political Theory Workshop

There are a number of events to invite outside speakers to come share their work with Northwestern’s political theory faculty and graduate students.

• The Up the Street Series is organized by graduate students, and invites scholars working in areas related to political theory from the Chicago metropolitan area.
• The Political Theory Colloquium is organized by rotating faculty members and invites scholars widely working in the field of political theory.
• The Global Theory Workshop is founded and run by Shmulik Nili and invites scholars working in the areas of global studies in political theory, political philosophy, and normative democratic theory. It also focuses on providing space for graduate student professionalization.
