Mentors are handpicked and trained prior to any interaction with the NURPH program. By carefully selecting our mentors, we can ensure that mentorship does not stop at the conclusion of the summer program. Our goal is to build lasting mentor-mentee relationships that extend beyond the program and into students’ careers.
