The Northwestern University Chapter of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE) serves as a dynamic and supportive community for students passionate about Industrial and Systems Engineering. We aim to foster an environment where students can connect, learn, and grow together. Our mission is to facilitate meaningful discussions, collaborative learning experiences, and professional development opportunities. We provide guidance and mentorship from upperclass members to help younger students navigate their academic and career paths effectively.
