Please review the following changes to NUcore, which may provide new functionality or change the way existing functions work
New features will be released and available for use on Wednesday, February 26th, 2020
Bulk Import Enhancements
- Added the ability to bulk import Time-Based Services
- Enter the number of minutes in the template’s “Quantity” column
- Added the ability to add new lines to an existing NUcore Order
- Enter the NUcore Order ID in the template’s “Order” column
- The Order ID is the first half of a complete NUcore Order Number (numbers left of the hyphen)
- If left blank, the row will generate a new Order ID
Export Payment Source Searches
- Account Managers and Facility Staff can now export results from the Payment Source search screen
- Results will be emailed to the requestor
New Reference ID field
- Available on the Order Detail pop-up
- Included in the Export Raw
- Can be entered when ordering “On Behalf” and with “Add to Order”
- Can be used by managers to tie a NUcore Order to reference information from an external system (e.g. LIMS software)
Added NUcore Logo
Added the ability to search by Description on the Payment Source tab
Multiple “Results Files” on a single Order can be downloaded together as a .ZIP file
Bundles can now have multiple instances of a single Instrument
Improved Occupancy Dashboard Performance
Improved “Transactions in Review” Performance for Owners/Business Administrators
