Enhanced the “Report an Issue” Contact List

·        Mangers may enter “Alternate Issue Report Recipients” to override the default recipients

·        Configurable on the Notifications tab for each Product

Ability to Turn Off Restricted Product Access/Training Requests

·        Managers can decide whether Users can request access to Restricted Products

Upload a Plate Template File for ACGT Sequencing Orders

·        Users can complete and upload a CSV file with 96-well plate information for sequencing orders
