Feature: NETID-based logins are now updated at each login so they reflect current NU Directory information
o   e.g. Name changes
·         Feature: User Note field can now be “required”
o   On the Product detail screen, the Note option is now a dropdown with options: No, Optional, Required
o   If “Required”, the User must fill in the Note before purchasing
·         Feature: User Note label is now configurable
