New Features
Integration with form.io for Form Processing
- Form.io is a comprehensive form management system that we have integrated with NUcore
- Available for Services only. When enabled, the form is available as a link from the Cart.
- The form must be completed if the feature is enabled
- Certain fields from NUcore can be displayed in the form:
- User Name/Email/ID
- Owner Name/Email/ID
- Dept Description
- Order Date
- Payment Source
- NUcore Order Number
- Supports multiple file uploads, conditionally-available subsections, required fields, calculated fields, and more
- Customer-entered data is permanently associated with the NUcore Service Order and can be displayed from within NUcore
- Email nucore@northwestern.edu for assistance with form setup
Enhancements
Updated the Data Source for Department Listings in Reports and on Payment Sources
- Primary Management Unit (PMU) has been replaced with the more familiar NU Financials department hierarchy
- Available in the Department tab on Reports, in the Export Raw file, and in all Payment Source views
PO/CC Payment Source activity now displays a department listing of “External”
