In partnership with UTEC Inc. (Lowell, MA), we are developing a two-generation program model for justice-involved families. UTEC’s Two-Generation Center offers a unique opportunity to impact generational change by promoting the education and skill development of young parents and their children at the same time, while also addressing violence, incarceration, and poverty.
