Registration, funding, and travel

Registration and funding:

Please email MidwestDynamics2021@gmail.com to register for the conference and to request funding for travel and lodging.

 

ONLY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS MAY ATTEND, because of the never-ending coronavirus pandemic.  Please include the following information in your message:  your name, your institution, and your advisor’s name (if you are a graduate student).

We have funding from the NSF to support participants, especially junior folks.  If interested, please write “Funding” into the subject line of your registration email, and include an estimate of how much you think you will need (and for what).  We will try to get back to you quickly about what we can cover, so you can make your travel plans.

Hotels:

There is no official conference hotel.  Non-local participants should book their own hotel in Evanston or Chicago.  For suggestions or more information,  please email a local organizer.
