  • Saturday: 9:00–5:00, Reception at 5:00
  • Sunday: 9:00–1:00

ONLY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS MAY ATTEND, because of the never-ending coronavirus pandemic.  Please include the following information in your message:  your name, your institution, and your advisor’s name (if you are a graduate student).

We have funding from the NSF to support participants, especially junior folks.  If interested, please write “Funding” into the subject line of your registration email, and include an estimate of how much you think you will need (and for what).  We will try to get back to you quickly about what we can cover, so you can make your travel plans.

Northwestern Policies:

All participants must wear masks and will be required to have been fully vaccinated or have received a negative COVID test within 48 hours of the event start, as well as comply with all other University safety protocols that are in place at the time of the event. Participants unwilling or unable to abide by these requirements should not attend.
