Lois Trautvetter
Lois Trautvetter, PhD, is a professor and the director of the Master of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy program (MSHE) at Northwestern University. You have likely met with Lois about your teaching responsibilities, including your course and when it will meet. She leads a team that is happy to assist you before, during, and after your course.
Lois earned her PhD in higher education administration at University of Michigan, MS in polymer chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University, and BA in chemistry at College of Wooster.

Chris Neary
Chris Neary, PhD, is the instructional design and technology consultant for the MSHE program at Northwestern University. Chris is your primary contact in developing your course. He can recommend instructional techniques, suggest readings, suggest course activities, help build your syllabus, build and maintain your Canvas course, support technology integrations before or during class sessions, and help with post-course assessment.
Chris earned a PhD in educational leadership at Iowa State University, a MA in political science at Iowa State University, and a BA in journalism at Michigan State University.

Jeanine Breen
Jeanine Breen is the program assistant for the MSHE program. She is responsible for providing your teaching contract, receiving your textbook requests, collecting your syllabus, and setting up for Saturday classes (if applicable). Jeanine earned a BS degree in speech at Northwestern University.

Mark Hoffman
Mark Hoffman, JD, MEd, is the associate director for academic advising and enrollment management for the MSHE program. Mark supports the MSHE student community through admissions, academic advising, communications, and student affairs.
Mark earned his JD at Chicago-Kent College of Law, MS in Education at Iowa State University, and BA in History at Colorado State University.

Lauren Faucette
Lauren Faucette (MSHE’14) is the senior career advisor for the MSHE program. Lauren supports the MSHE student community through career advising, professional development workshops, internship placement, and job opportunities.
