MSHE Class Attendance Policy

MSHE Courses

Occasionally, a work or personal commitment or health concern may arise for which a student may need to miss one class (either in-person or virtual). In this instance, the student should talk with the instructor(s) to determine how the absence may impact the student. The student is encouraged to work with their classmates to obtain notes from the missed class. If a student anticipates missing more than one class or an extended class session on a weekend day, the student should discuss with the academic advisor other course options.

Courses Outside MSHE

Students taking courses outside of MSHE should familiarize themself with the attendance policy for that specific course, by either reviewing the course syllabus or consulting with the instructor.
