Teaching

I have always believed that the opportunity to teach and mentor students to be one of the greatest privileges offered by an academic position.

At the University of California, San Diego, I taught as a sole instructor two undergraduate courses: Introduction to Statistics, Sound and Music Perception. I have also served as a teaching assistant for over 15 courses .

During my postdoctoral training, I actively seek opportunities of clinical teaching and research mentoring at Northwestern University. I have co-taught two Au.D. courses by giving section lectures and leading lab sessions.

Directing and mentoring student research activity have also been a significant part of my postdoctoral work. I have mentored three graduate student projects and supervised the work of several undergraduate students in the lab.
