WORKPLACE WE ENVISION FOR THE FUTURE, AS WOMXN THROUGH INTERGENERATIONAL PERSPECTIVE, May 6, 2021 11:30-12:30 PM (CST)

In this session, Jasmine Gurneau and Pamela Silas will acknowledge and honor the [leadership] lessons, skills, and gifts that our mothers and mother-figures have passed
down to us. We will each have a chance to share the ways in which the womxn that came before us have positively impacted the workplace, and how we hope to continue the work forward into an even stronger next generation of womxn. We will be utilizing a “talking circle” format for this session, influenced by a common Native American practice, where participants will share what messages and values they’ve received (good, bad, and in between) and what they hope to leave to the next generation
