Fish Sushi
The first time I saw the sushi, was at a wedding, and it really did not attract me, however I saw that everybody was eating with a pleasure, so I decided to try it. And it was good. Of course I ate the veggie one, because the one that has “raw fish”, did not appeal to me. Then I learned to prepare it and it was a hit. Here is the one made out of “imitation of crab”.
Serving Amount: 4 – 6
Time to Prepare: 00:30

Steps to Prepare
- Lay out the Sushi bamboo mat
- Place one Nori seaweed sheet on the Sushi mat
- Add a very little of the marmalade, with your fingertip in the top and bottom edge of the Nori sheet.

- Put 1 1/2 wooden spoon of the sushi rice on the top of the Nori.
- Press the rice with the wooden spoon uniformly.
- Make a “canal”, in the middle of the rice, and spread, with your finger a little of the marmalade.

- Roll it very tight.
- Use one aluminum foil sheet to wrap the “sushi” tightly.
- Repeat the steps 1-9
- Place them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before cutting the sushi.
“Doozo meshiagare” (In Japanese means: Bon Appetite)
Notes
- You can use your hand instead of the wooden spoon to place the rice on the Nori Seaweed.
