Rifka’s sushi
When we think of sushi, we associate it with “Seaweed leaves”. This special sushi does not have this ingredient in its recipe. Hope you will not be disappointed and will enjoy it, like many of you have had.

Ingredients
- 6 Spinach Herb Wraps (Ideally Mission Wrap) (Package of 15 Oz.)
- 1 cup of Hummus (see the recipe in this cookbook)
- 2 cups of Tabbouleh salad (see the recipe in this cookbook)
Tools
- 1 Pyrex bowl
- 1 spatula
- 1 wooden spoon
- 1 plate
- 6 aluminum foil sheets
Steps to Prepare
- Place spinach wrap on the plate.
- Using the spatula, spread a tablespoon of hummus on the top of the wrap.
- Add two tablespoon of the tabbouleh and spread it on the top of the hummus.
- Use one aluminum foil sheet to wrap the “Sushi” tightly.
- Repeat the steps 1-4
- Place them in the refrigerator. at least half an hours before you cut and serve the sushi.
Notes
Feel free to:
- use different types of wraps (tomato, gluten free, etc.)
- substitute the tabbouleh with just tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, carrots or other ingredients you like.
